Cory is a Principal at Arris Design Solutions, where his passion for residential design is evident in his hands-on involvement in every aspect of the design process. With a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, over 20 years of residential design experience, and 15 years in construction management, Cory possesses an in-depth understanding of both design and construction. From schematic design to construction documents and administration, Cory is committed to ensuring that every project at Arris Design Solutions is completed successfully.
Frank Alemar
Frank a Principal at Arris Design Solutions, where he expertly manages the firm’s business operations. With a robust IT/Cybersecurity background and having successfully led numerous IT projects, Frank applies a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every endeavor. His 13 years of military service—9 years in the Air Force and 4 years in the Army—further enhance his leadership and organizational skills. Although relatively new to the residential design industry, Frank has spent the past two years deeply immersing himself in the field, drawing on his extensive experience in business and customer relations. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and clear communication, Frank is dedicated to ensuring that every project is executed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
